The short version
- 14 plans at 8 futures firms drop the consistency rule at one stage or both, each read from the firm's help center on Nov 4, 2026.
- Most of them keep the rule in the evaluation and drop it once you're funded. Only FundedNext's Rapid Daily has none at any stage.
- No consistency rule doesn't mean no strings: check the buffer, the split and the payout cap on each plan.
- Plans with no consistency rule at either stage come first, then plans with none once funded, then plans with none in the evaluation only. A sort, not a ranking.

Questions
Which prop firms have no consistency rule?
On our November 4, 2026 check, Tradeify Select, LucidFlex, LucidDaily, MFFU Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro, TradeDay Quick Pay and FundedNext Flex had no consistency rule once funded, and Take Profit Trader's PRO rules listed none. FundedNext Rapid Daily had none at any stage. Bulenox, FundedNext Rapid Pro and MFFU Builder had none in the evaluation.
What is a consistency rule?
A cap on how much of your profit can come from your single best day. For example, with a 40% rule and $3,000 of profit, no day can be above $1,200. Firms use it to pass an evaluation, to request a payout, or both.
Does Topstep have a consistency rule?
In the Trading Combine your best day must stay at or below 55% of the profit target. In the Express Funded Account, the Standard path has no consistency threshold, and the Consistency path uses 40%.
Is a plan with no consistency rule always better?
Not necessarily. Several plans here use other limits instead: Take Profit Trader asks you to build a buffer first, TradeDay Quick Pay pays 50/50 below $4,000 of profit, and FundedNext Flex pays up to 50% of profit per payout. Compare the full payout rules on each firm's rules page.
