Which futures prop firms don't charge monthly?

Is a one-time evaluation cheaper than a monthly one?
Only if the monthly plan would take you more than about a month, or you'd pay to reset. Compare the list price, the reset fee and any activation fee on our True Cost Index.
Do one-time evaluations have an activation fee?
Lucid, Tradeify and FundedNext Futures say no activation fee. Topstep's Labs XFA activation is free after identity verification. MFFU's Pro plan lists no activation fee.
