The short version

  • Four futures plans in $25K, $50K, $100K and $150K sizes: Atlas Standard, Atlas Apex and Atlas Daily (one evaluation each, with a 6% target) and Atlas Direct (funded from day one). All pay a 90% split and trade CME futures on Volumetrica.
  • The max loss trails your end-of-day balance and stops $100 above your starting balance. Dropping below it at any moment, open trades included, ends the account.
  • The daily loss limit is a lockout, not a breach: positions close and trading stops until the 4:45 PM ET reset. Anything still open at 4:45 PM ET is closed for you, so there are no overnight holds.
  • Consistency: Standard needs 50% to pass and 40% once funded. Apex and Daily need 40% to pass and none once funded. Direct uses 20%.
  • Payouts: Standard and Direct any time once you reach the profit goal, Apex after 5 winning days, and Daily once a day. Caps run from $600 to $3,000 a payout depending on plan and size.

These are the futures rules for accounts bought from October 22, 2026. A challenge bought earlier keeps its old rules until it passes, and older funded accounts moved to these rules on October 26. Your account's Statistics page shows which rules apply to it.

The futures evaluations

SizeTargetMax lossDaily lockout
$25K$1,500$1,000$600
$50K$3,000$2,000$1,200
$100K$6,000$3,000$1,800
$150K$9,000$4,500$2,700

The same on Standard, Apex and Daily evaluations, from Atlas's docs on November 4. Max loss is end-of-day trailing.

  • Minimum days: 2 on Standard, 3 on Apex and Daily.
  • Target: reached on closed balance, with no time limit. You only need to open a trade at least once every 30 days.
  • Consistency to pass: your best day can be at most 50% of your total profit on Standard, or 40% on Apex and Daily, when you hit the target. If it is more, you keep trading until it isn't.
  • Daily loss option: Atlas's futures page shows the daily loss limit as removable on Standard and Apex when you buy.
  • Atlas Apex is Atlas Funded's own plan name. It has nothing to do with Apex Trader Funding.

$50K funded accounts. The minimum request is $500 on every $50K plan.

  • Standard: the same max loss and lockout as the evaluation and a 40% consistency rule on the profit since your last payout. Profit goals are $250, $500, $750 and $1,000 by size, and caps $1,000, $2,000, $2,500 and $3,000. You must leave your starting balance plus your max loss plus $100 in the account. Atlas's example: a $50K at $54,800 has $2,700 above the $52,100 line, capped at $2,000, so you get $1,800 at 90%.
  • Apex: no consistency rule. Each payout needs 5 winning days with at least $100, $150, $200 or $255 of net closed profit after commissions, by size. After the first payout you also need $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,250 of new profit. You can take up to half the profit held, within the same caps as Standard, leaving at least $200 above your starting balance.
  • Daily: one payout a day, with no waiting period, minimum days or consistency rule. Each later payout needs new profit of at least half the last one. The funded max loss and lockout are smaller on the $100K ($2,500 and $1,250) and $150K ($3,500 and $1,800). Minimum requests are $250, $500, $1,000 and $1,500, and caps $600, $1,100, $1,500 and $2,500.
  • Direct: no evaluation. Your first payout needs a 6% gain ($1,500, $3,000, $6,000 or $9,000), later ones $1,250, $2,500, $3,500 or $4,500, with a 20% consistency rule. There is no daily lockout on the $25K; the others lock out at $1,200, $2,100 and $3,000.
  • Contracts: every funded account starts at half the contract limit.

Drawdown, the daily lockout and the 4:45 PM close

  • Max loss: trails your end-of-day balance and stops $100 above your starting balance (at $50,100 on a $50K). Equity below it at any moment ends the account.
  • Daily lockout: hit it and your positions close and trading stays off until the next 4:45 PM ET reset. The account stays open.
  • 4:45 PM ET close: Atlas's futures trading day ends at 4:45 PM New York time, and anything still open is closed for you. This isn't a breach.
  • Short trades (funded): a trade held under 3 minutes loses its profit only when that profit is half your max loss or more.
  • News: no restriction on Standard, Apex or Direct. On a funded Atlas Daily account, a position opened within 1 minute of high-impact news is closed, and profit on a trade opened or closed in that window is deducted.
  • Ends the account: copying or hedging with another person, hedging across your own accounts, all-or-nothing trading and account sharing. Algorithmic and automated trading is allowed within the rules.

Atlas's CFD programs in brief

1-Step Daily8%6% static3%
2-Step8%, then 5%10% static5%

Access3%10%, then 6% trailing5%, then 3%

Access shows evaluation, then funded. On CFD accounts the daily loss is a breach, not a lockout.

  • Every CFD program: 90% split (100% with an add-on), MT5, TradeLocker or Match-Trader, no time limit, and EAs and overnight and weekend holds allowed. Your fee comes back as Atlas Balance with your third payout in a row.
  • Payouts: the first after 14 days (28 on Access), then every 14. The Daily versions pay on demand, Monday to Friday.
  • Consistency: 20% on Instant Funded and 40% on funded Access accounts (20% on the $300K and $400K). It holds a payout but never breaches the account, and it resets after each approved payout.
  • Funded-only rules: profit is deducted on trades opened or closed within 5 minutes of high-impact news and on trades held under 3 minutes. Margin use at 80% closes every position. Atlas Protector closes your positions and drops your split to 50% when their net floating loss reaches 2% of the starting balance; a second time ends the account.
  • Access: $5 to start, and you pay the funded fee only if you pass.
