The short version

  • Two routes: evaluations (50K and 100K EOD, 100K Pro with an intraday trailing drawdown), billed monthly with a $130 activation fee once you pass, and instant funded accounts (25K, 50K, 100K Pioneer, 100K and 150K Static), paid once with no evaluation.
  • Evaluations: reach the target ($3,000 on the 50K EOD) in at least 5 trading days. Once funded, or on an instant account, you need at least 10 trading days (7 on the Pioneer) and 5 profitable days before payouts open, and then you can request them daily.
  • Hitting the daily loss limit is a soft breach: trading stops for the session and resets at the close. The max drawdown is a hard breach at any moment, on every drawdown type.
  • New customers whose first purchase is on or after October 12, 2026 have a Protected Buffer on every account: a balance that must stay in the account and can't be paid out.
  • News trading, scalping and DCA are allowed. Trade copiers and semi-automated trading are allowed with active oversight; fully automated systems aren't. No trade for 14 days in a row closes accounts bought from October 1, 2026.

From Purdia's programs page on November 4. On evaluations the target is what you need to pass; on instant accounts Purdia calls it the payout qualification target.

  • Contracts: 5 minis on the 50K accounts and the 150K Static, 10 minis on the 100K evaluations, 7 on the Pioneer, 3 on the 100K Static and 2 on the 25K Instant (10 micros count as 1 mini).
  • Billing: evaluations are monthly subscriptions, with a one-time $130 activation fee charged only after you pass (Purdia's page showed a $1 promo price on November 4). Instant accounts are one-time purchases with no activation fee listed.
  • Copy trading: allowed across up to 3 accounts, or 1 account on the Static instant accounts.
  • Profit split: 90% on every account.

Passing and getting to payouts

  • Evaluation: reach the profit target, trade at least 5 days and stay above the max drawdown.
  • Funded (after an evaluation): trade at least 10 days, with at least 5 profitable days, and stay above the drawdown. Then payouts are available daily, with no payout cycle.
  • Instant funded: no evaluation. Reach the payout qualification target, trade at least 10 days with at least 5 profitable days, and payouts then open daily.
  • What a profitable day means: Purdia's cards set a minimum per day: $200 on the 50K Instant, $125 on the 25K Instant and $300 on the Pioneer (which needs 7 trading days instead of 10 and caps the first payout at $2,500).
  • Days are calendar days in Eastern Time, midnight to midnight, so one overnight futures session can touch two of Purdia's trading days.

Drawdown types and the daily loss limit

  • Always enforced: on every drawdown type, if your balance drops below the threshold at any moment, even in an open trade, the account fails immediately. The types only differ in how the threshold moves.
  • Intraday trailing (100K Pro): open profit moves the threshold up in real time. Purdia's example: on a $100,000 account with $3,000 of drawdown, an open trade that reaches $102,000 lifts the threshold to $99,000, even if the trade then reverses.
  • End of day trailing (EOD evaluations, 25K and 50K Instant, Pioneer): the threshold only moves after the session closes, from your closing balance. Rise to $102,000 intraday but close at $101,000, and it moves to $98,000.
  • Static (100K and 150K Static): the threshold never trails. On a 100K Static it stays at $97,000 however much the account grows.
  • Daily loss limit: a soft breach. Hit it and trading stops for the rest of the session; it resets at the market close and the account isn't failed. You can ask Purdia for a smaller one.
  • Session close: all positions and working orders are closed automatically before the daily market close.

The consistency rule

Purdia says some of its account types use a percentage-based consistency rule, on an evaluation phase or on each payout window. Its general article doesn't say which accounts; your account's own rules and dashboard show it.

  • The math: largest profitable day ÷ total net profit × 100, after commissions and fees. It must be equal to or under the account's maximum.
  • Going over doesn't fail the account on its own. You keep trading until the percentage comes back under. Purdia's example: a $1,000 best day under a 20% rule needs $5,000 of total net profit.
  • Losing days lower your total but don't erase your best day, so they push the percentage up.

The Protected Buffer

  • Who has one: new customers whose first Purdia purchase is on or after October 12, 2026, on every account. Earlier customers keep their legacy accounts without one, but a new account type they buy can carry it.
  • What it does: only the balance above the buffer can be paid out, and only up to the other limits (payout window profit, caps, split). The buffer isn't a fee and isn't paid to Purdia.
  • Falling below it isn't a breach. It just means nothing is available to withdraw until you're back above it. It is separate from the drawdown, which still applies on its own.
  • Amount: shown in each account's rules and dashboard. The 100K Pioneer card lists a $3,000 retained buffer.

News, automation and inactivity

  • News: not restricted on simulated accounts. Purdia warns about slippage and poor fills, and live accounts can face higher broker margins around big releases.
  • Allowed styles: scalping, micro scalping, discretionary trading, DCA and semi-automated trading.
  • Not allowed: hedging between highly correlated positions or accounts, fully automated "set-and-forget" systems, and exploiting platform issues.
  • Contracts: trade the current front-month contract.
  • Inactivity: on accounts bought on or after October 1, 2026, 14 calendar days in a row with no trade closes the account permanently. You can ask for an extension in advance; approval is at Purdia's discretion.
